How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including:

- American Express
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- UnionPay
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email if you need to make changes. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes, absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your card details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, Golden Threadzs can reach you. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Australia: 3β7 business days
- International: 7β21 business days depending on destination
These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes! Our studio is located at:

We'd love to have you visit. Please WhatsApp us or email us ahead of time to confirm availability, as we operate by appointment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) and store credit valid for 12 months. We do not offer cash refunds unless an item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Please email or WhatsApp us before sending anything back. Do not return items without contacting us first.
What items cannot be returned?
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Accessories and jewellery
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
We're so sorry this happened! Please email us at goldenthreadzs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a full resolution β replacement, exchange, or refund β at no cost to you.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How do I know which size to order?
Our garments for adults come in range XS, S, M, L, and XL, Size range 36-58 and for kids a general standard in appropriate ages. If you're unsure of your size or fall between sizes, we recommend reaching out onΒ WhatsApp with your measurements β we'll guide you to the right fit.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
Yes! We offer bespoke outfits crafted to your size, style, and occasion. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss requirements, timeline, and pricing.
Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are the colours in the photos accurate?
We do our best to display colours accurately. However, due to lighting during photography and differences in screen settings, colours may appear slightly different in person. Feel free to WhatsApp us for additional photos of any piece before ordering.
How do I care for my garment?
- Lawn & Muslin: Hand wash in cold water, mild detergent, dry in shade, iron on low.
- Raw Silk: Dry clean recommended. Cold hand wash only if needed β never wring.
- Organza & Chiffon: Hand wash gently or dry clean. Steam iron only, from a distance.
- Georgette & Crepe: Dry clean or delicate hand wash. Air dry flat, low heat iron.
- Embroidery & Mirror Work: Always dry clean. Never soak embellished areas.
General rule: cold water only Β· no tumble dry Β· dry in shade.

All our pieces are handpicked by our founder Sneha K Vakil from across India and Pakistan. Each garment is personally curated for quality, craftsmanship, and style β bringing the best of South Asian fashion to you in Australia and beyond.
