Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Eligible Items

To be eligible, items must be:

– Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
– In original condition with all tags attached
– Free from perfume, makeup, or stains
– In original packaging

How it works

Exchange or Store Credit

We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) and store credit valid for 12 months. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund — at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
