✨ Raw Silk — Dry clean recommended. If hand washing, use cold water only. Never wring. Iron inside-out on lowest setting.

🕊️ Organza & Chiffon — Hand wash gently or dry clean. Do not rub embellished areas. Steam iron only, from a distance.

🌺 Cotton Net — Dry clean preferred for embroidered pieces. Cold hand wash for plain pieces. Do not bleach.

💎 Georgette & Crepe — Dry clean or delicate hand wash. Air dry flat, avoid direct sunlight. Low heat iron only.

🪡 Embroidery & Mirror Work — Always dry clean. Never soak embellished areas. Iron only on plain fabric sections.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from perfume, makeup, or stains
• In original packaging

🔄How it worksExchange or Store Credit

We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) and store credit valid for 12 months. We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

📦Faulty or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a full resolution — replacement, exchange, or refund — at no cost to you.

🚚Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
